My Verdict
Sonic PDF Creator is a really good application with lots of basic and advanced feature. I even haven't got time to explore its each and every component.
I didn't like the fact that for merging multiple PDFs you ned to open each PDF in Sonic PDF Creator unlike other PDF tools which offer browsing of PDF files or folders for that purpose. Also it do not offer to select multiple files while opening PDF.
During creation of PowerPoint Presentation from a PDF file it allows to set output path of the PowerPoint file. But it saves the file to the original folder as the PDF.
Otherwise I liked the software quite enough and planned to keep it for frequent use in near future.
