Portable Document Format or PDF is the most popular document format these days and software that allow viewing and modification of existing PDF would be a handy tool to have. Expert PDF Reader is a nice software of this category. According to the developer

Expert PDF Reader is a free pdf viewer software that lets you view and print pdf documents on windows operating systems. Expert PDF reader will also allow modification of existing documents. You may modify document outlines, insert rubber stamps and modify any annotation that has been created from .... pdf creation software.

Features & Specifications

Installer (13.9 Mb) is not digitally signed.
Installation is fast and smooth and requires 13.4 Mb of free disk space. Desktop Icon has been created automatically.
It can run on any Windows version both 32 and 64 bit. Windows 2000 or above is preferred.
The GUI has a Microsoft Office like Ribbon User Interface. It offers opening multiple PDFs in tabs.

My Verdict

Expert PDF Reader is a nice tool that has basic and advanced features. In my opinion this software has the features and potential to stay in the same line as Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader etc. Some things need to be improved.
